Well that is the million dollar question isn't it?
Dr. Joseph Catalino consults for our government.
He is now a member of the DarkPulse Strategic Advisory board. What does a board do but advise and use their connections to help get deals done.
I think this is just the first step leading to bidding and winning government contracts. That will lead to money in the bank which leads to higher stock prices.
It could also mean future mergers or acquisitions. This could be the next runner, similar to LAHO. The difference is that DPLS is current in all SEC filings.
