PRED agrees with you, and perhaps I misunderstood your post. In any event, it is good to know (per my understanding of the matter) that PRED has much larger agendas than to chase bad actors at this time. However, if regulatory or law enforcement determines and is able to charge those involved with a crime and obtain a civil consent decree - PRED will obviously seek civil damages from those actors and their brokerages from within which they operated.
