Yes, its pretty important that if they really want to uplist they stay above a .01 cents per share. I can't imagine why these ceo's just don't do more to make the pps remain higher with investor updates etc. I mean it only makes it easier for them to secure loans etc if they are not trading in the sewer. Amazes me. Like lets go public but then just not really put much effort into that side of the operation.
