LT I fully agree usually a volume spike indicates a change in direction. And its important to take notice.

Im not sold its selling at this time

Refer to shipping SEA sector and its equities, NMM, SALT, SB and other oil related asset charts, even solars like CSIQ, which the small pull back is a bit more prominent and similar high volume

This could be major breakout volume.
