Keep in mind if a valuation was performed, I'm sure it was littered with "what ifs", or other "like" companies abilities/sales. Comparables aka "comps".

The morons probably cherry picked quotes without context. I'm sure their valuation assumed they were selling generic drugs, fully funded, staffed, etc. Like "real" companies. I do NOT believe they simply valued a company that has no income or workers at 877mil. Makes no sense.

Either way, the valuation company refused to acknowledge they worked with the scammers. And I'm sure any bridges have since been burned.

Run by morons, side show scammers.
