I keep hoping that each year as Marcus gets older will increase his sense of responsibility toward the shareholders of the public company that he heads. He is not your typical penny stock operator. He got caught in this situation almost as much as we did. The difference is that other people did this to him, whereas he is the one who did this to us.
But there are so many ways that he could make a ton more money from IDLM, and he ought to think about making a move while the markets are high and while taxes are low.
He could sell the operation.
He could "file" on OTCmarkets and then gradually sell some shares.
He could put together a tender offer and buy shareholders out and take it back public. If needed, he could get some friends or athletes or guys from the industry to get this done.
There are any number of possibilities. But so far he hasn't been willing even to return emails. So, he seems quite far still from accepting responsibility for the misstatements we all relied upon when we invested (e.g., the financials) -- and how his actions have affected others.
I am obviously NOT an investment advisor.
