The R/S did NOT benefit us. However, if they execute on the 3 R/M’s it’s also not a death sentence either. This stock is different in the typical R/M penny stock play. We don’t have any debt and the merging companies are already revenue generating. They are obviously going to have to issue shares to the 3 new CEO’s for them to agree to merge. The question becomes what is their target PPS post R/M? If you believe they put this deal together to stay as a POS stinky pinkie.... well we are f*ed. On the other hand if u believe, like I do, that they are putting a massive deal together to uplist to a bigger exchange than there is still huge upside here.

The bottom line is if u believe the end goal is that they are are indeed going to be satisfied w/ staying in the OTC, you should sell.

My DD tells me this a holding company of epic proportions.
