It is good history to understand how far GIFA has come with this merger and the determination they have had to get it done! It's original plan was to have already had everything in place a long time ago. As they have stated it took them three years to even start entering into the stock exchange in the US. That tells you how greatly involved it really is to get a company of that size from a foreign country into the US stock exchange. Not only that, but they are planning according to that email to go straight to NASDAQ as soon as things are completely up listed! That is huge! That is massive in fact! All the more reason in my book to hold on tight and be patient. Being patient will be the win here for sure! I truly believe we are finally very, very close.
