Company expects that its securities would be quoted on the OTC Markets...USAT has fought being on the OTC markets before including a 10 to 1 reverse split at one time.....are you ready to go to 1 share for every 10 you bought? It can happen over night, I went from 10,000 to 1000 once on a 10 for 1 reverse split.. one of the times USAT reverse split it came back down and was almost de-listed again.....
