The appeal probably did have a lot to do with the SP dropping. There are a lot of big investors here that were banking on that patent going through.

However, that patent might have got denied for something small and minute that needs to be revised and resubmitted. If that's the case, then I'd say that is exactly what they are doing. Otherwise, it could be a matter of some legality with CBD itself where CVSI has to continue to pursue the patent until such legality passes through legislation.

Much of what I said is speculation and not fact... Just stirring up some healthy conversations. That's all.
