The point is not that the video isn't the best quality. Surely it could be better. And one cannot expect Mr. Lamperd to say things that would concern his attorneys and the SEC. What is important is the message that is being sent.

Lamperd has been around for many years. And I believe he is correct in indicating that Lamperd's products are becoming increasingly requested. Police and government officials are looking for non-lethal solutions to major problems. Besides the fact that sometimes innocent people get killed when good guys and bad guys fight it out, the legal and healthcare costs after the battle can be huge. Economics will drive governments to non-lethal solutions.

One cannot expect Mr. Lamperd to name the people who have called. Every call does not translate 1:1 into an order. But it all starts with deal flow. LLLI has taken the right steps to get this moving forward. I, for one, am willing to hang in there through 2020 to see if all this effort results in growing sales. At a penny a share, I believe the reward is worth the risk.
