Vela700....OK tells us why someone would be buying 2 million shares for .05 cents US. Also why would the Debenture holders be converting to shares at a price considerably above market prices or at a loss. In the last 6 weeks, the shares outstanding reported has increased about 29.1 million shares which means debentures are being converted into common at a loss. That takes confidence.
