The company is current in it's SEC reporting and underwent a major change in management last fall. Early in the year they acquired Proscere Bioscience and signed exclusive distribution agreements in late spring to sell their patented cold water extraction systems for millions in potential revenue. I'm willing to wait and see if these moves are fruitful. It's just too early to tell. In the meantime, I feel the company is worth a small investment which could pay off big if they're able to execute on their PR's. Their new CEO has impressive credentials with Viacom. I don't think he'd want to retire on a scam.
