i posted last week, stating that in an email sent to me from Ron answering my question about the divy.. since his email stated no changes to what they announced... his response was... No, it was being discussed but never said it was happening:
First he sent me back this:

We are on track. No disagreements; tying up final paperwork. No changes to what we announced.

So i said this:
Really? hmmmm so extraordinary dividend coming? you already announced that we would see one, so answering that question isnt illegal. What is your time frame for "tying up final paperwork"?

And he said this:

No, it was being considered; it was NOT stated as one the DEFINITE actions coming. I cannot comment on a time frame.
