The MM patent was given final rejection because just like all the other so called patents this company holds..they are poorly written and have nothing unique about their claims...in other words they are weak from the outset...

If the science was strong there would have been a patent awarded by now on either of the three big ones...

The pr's have been nothing but dangling carrots for shareholders...

Name one thing the company has made good on....

zero sales
zero revenue
zero kept promises
zero patents awarded

I particularly like the part in the company filings where they talk about earning income as consultants in the mj filed..

Who in their right mind would take advice from the brainstrust of this fiasco?
