For the third time, the lack of transparency is because William Aul has chosen to not take the "Alternate filing" route, and that is a positive. He cannot disclose any information until they are ready to move forward.

Where was that announced? It appears to me that he is taking no filing route at all. GIFX has not filed a single financial report. FRFS caught up on the missing filings up to a 15-12g filing, and GIFX is living up to its Termination of Registration and requirement to file financial reports.

GIFX has had 2 years (plus all the time they claim they used working toward their goal of becoming a company on an American Stock Exchange), since taking over FRFS, and all there is to show is a Skull & Crossbones , Caveat Emptor designation for this Turkish Scam.
