IMO they will not do a capital raise until after ELEVATE. That's if trial is a success. They do not need any $$$ before results which should be 30-60 days. Why raise at this price when they might be able to get double or triple at the very least. I think no matter what the stock does day to day, it will be near $2 at the time of the trial data. Where it goes from there is anybody's guess.
