I don't even think the news it went on was real big.
I haven't done to much research on it though.
Just goes to show what short flippers that were in @ .05,
and out @ .07,8,or 9 missed out on. Closed today @ .22 or.23.
Then take a look a little further back. It wasn't a subber,
but it was around .02-.04 not to long ago. Now, imagine what
JV/China/contract news can do to IPKL in weeks or months.......
You never know what you hold, until it happens. We are just at the
