But one wonders why they didn't get that plant down right away? Anyway, once it is operational, mxsg should produce enough to keep the lights on. We are all too familiar with things not going the way it was planned, so until that plant is actually doing what is said, it is perhaps best to remain guarded but still optimistic. October is near!
