The PR states as soon as 90 days from the PR. Since the PR was put out in December... March would be the start of grants issued. But NOTHING in March, or April, or May, or June, or July, or August (even though early August was a sure thing) and now we’re waiting on the end of September which is upon us. Wonder what their BS excuse will be when NOTHING happens “next week” once again!!! LMAO... OOPS!!!
