I was reading the statement of one of the posters on this board. I was not aware that they had to own and keep the shares for at least six months by law. I think there might be some other potential buyers based on the success of the PTN drug. If they are successful, then PTN is next because AMAG is in control of the future of PTN.

INFO: Why would one short this now? I know this was/is heavily shorted, but with an activist investor trying to control it with a greater than 10% ownership, this is bound to go up. (The 10% ownership matters, which means they are not going anytime soon. By law if one takes a 10% or greater ownsership they cannot sell a single share until 6 months, that's why you see shorters and manipulators like sabby take 9.99% ownership, which lets them bail anytime) They laid out why and where the changes need to come from on their site saveamag.com.
