Just think about it. Govt has invested ZERO to control both GSE by ripping taxpayers. Govt found their useless projects by taking profit from GSE and increasing budget on yearly base. By the way FnF had no responsibility to 2008 crisis but they became "a carpet which FHFA and Treasury could clean their shoes again and again"
