You’re assuming that the laws in Florida are going to become more friendly for companies like Liberty. It’s always BAD to assume things.
Ownership means they’re paying a mortgage, which is probably less or equal to their lease term now. It also would mean that when the laws change, because they would have OWNED the land, they would be grandfathered into the rules that apply today. Without ownership, there are no guarantees. This is a sinking ship...too bad
