I am not sure but still wonder about the technical difference if any between Our patent app/patent(s) and the Intel (so called art work, patent) Now that we have new confirming patent app which means the same thing as a patent will our inventors try to capitalize on further enhancements or let it be since the extension of 10402685 was granted additional years to 2025. To me this is our life line time frame to make a difference in the world of SVM-RFE. Finally it appears we have a stage door as we once thought we did with SVM and with that is it possible this door will be huge since it capitalizes on both SVM-RFE technologies. The application or patent artwork is able to finally encompass far more than past discussions so time will tell but must stress if we don't have a player helping us then things won't and can't change for the years of waiting for HDC to finally rise it it should have years ago. As stated I really feel HDC will (they must!) go after Universities to finally comply with (possible letters from) HDC on ways to become compliant involving our patents. I like the recent post about NEO paying us something like I had hoped the royalty from existing usage of some of our artwork but now wonder about that. No doubt it appears HDC isn't looking for a buyout right now which really surprises me. It would seem if we really have the SVM-RFE grail then we will be hearing exciting things soon and at least something within a reasonable time frame like 60-90 days. I do hope HDC starts to promote HDC as it decides how to handle the university issue. I am saying this because the universities can be come free labor and not only that the young minds are perfect and what does all this mean? It means the universities have been taking advantage of us for years but also the universities are a threat to other corporations trying to fight us in many ways.

Oh, for once I have finally slowed down to type this and hope this has a better understanding of what I try to say. I generally rush things so now maybe this will come across in better understanding.
