Ok so if you start watching at the 7:30 mark he discusses buying a company back at a discount. Obviously nobody knows exactly what is going on but the current CEO is is interm. Gex has obvious ties to a bigger picture going on and has worth as he describes. Maybe that is what's going on again and he is going to buy it back. Just thinking out loud who knows though.
