Also, Wistek is short for Weizhi Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. and might have evolved into Dazheng Longding Technology Co., Ltd. or it might be its own thing still. A press release from 2000 is below. Notice Wei-Yu Lee (Li Weiyu) in the 2nd paragraph.

The only business that we've found that is an EXACT match to the address of record is Dazheng Longding Technology Co., Ltd. They seem to have a good amount of established and future projects in the works, including 5G, so I'm hoping that's what we're getting.
