Looks like the optimists of TMM are having a bit of a disagreement. TMM owes Dimented $54,000. The court stated this and affirmed it. TMM hasn't paid and Dimented is taking other action. Now TMM is taking action. This is a great idea. Why doesn't TMM incur another $100,000 in court costs when they haven't paid the previous lawyers?

Wouldn't it be better to pay and get rid of Dimented once and for all? Makes sense....or does it? If Dimented is out of the picture, who could TMM blame for lack of execution?
