its true the OS is 360M, but some of those shares are restricted. Worst case scenario, the unrestricted shares are about 200M. I got the 200M number from the filings+ otcmarkets security details. If we look at the filings, it was 122M free trading stock and 268M OS back on 6/30/2019. Otcmarkets is showing 360M OS, lets assume all those added to the OS were dumped into the float. That means its about 200M. ZMRK would own about 44% of the shares.

With that said, they most likely will raise the AS at some point.
