I would say so. The stock is done. I believe the company went private a few years ago, meaning it is running on its own with no communication with shareholders. There is now a veil over all operations that management of the company is doing with shareholder's money invested to make his company get where it is now, after years and years of failure and the shareholders throwing more money into the company. I wish the SEC would look into these things and bring justice to shareholders, but unfortunately, shareholders get scammed in pinksheet stocks over lies, like saying this company will not be like other pinksheet stocks. That obviously is now a lie, as the company hasn't reported in over three years. People should go to jail over these things. I just hope Karma makes a visit to those guilty soon
