Good Point! I don't believe that most penny stock CEO's set out to intentionally conduct a scam. It's very hard to create a hugely successful company from scratch. Most startups end in failure. Those who cry scam take advantage of this fact to make their points when a company's business plan goes off the rails.

That said, most penny stocks are long shots but as several people have pointed out, there's money to be made in the up and down volatility of their pps. If you're lucky, you might find a gem in the mud, or more likely, a company that can reach a level where they can continue as a going concern. For now, I'm willing to believe that ALYI might be one of these but I won't be betting the farm.
