You are correct. This LOFB spinoff has taken so long that something has to be very wrong somewhere. I think Buzzy no it to, which is why he is diluting one company after another sucking as much money out of them before declaring bankruptcy.

Buzzy is also killing himself by they way he has treated his shareholdes. Many who once believed in him will no longer support his so called spinoffs/businesses. I will offer him a suggestion of a way he can find out who will still support him. If he announces, say, on October 1st he is going to tells us when the cutoff date will be for Hollywood Haircuts spinoff, those who support him will buy back into VIGD to receive shares.
