Long-term debt and notes payable * 9,730,535 up from 5,355,158 from last year. NOTES are going to be converted and pour tons of new shares in this already bloated float.

Facts are facts... the worst is yet to come with this stock. Just read the 10Q.

It will take years for new management to "right the ship" if ever. That may be why so many CEO's have just plain quit because they see it as a losing battle...
