I don't believe it's a matter of a good/bad opinion (at least for me and a few others I think) regarding the assumed control block, it's more of just getting clarification and finding support for data that I would consider unsupported.

As Neight said in post 17435, there is no supporting documentation for issuance of the control block. If the control block was issued on April 8th, why does the current June 30th disclosure statement under "3) Issuance History" not reflect this transaction taking place?

I agree with you, IMO the control block is a good thing.
