September 20, 2019 – PHOENIX, Ariz. – Harvest Health & Recreation, Inc. (CSE: HARV, OTCQX: HRVSF) (“Harvest”), a vertically integrated cannabis company with one of the largest and deepest footprints in the U.S., today announced that, effective today, Frank Bedu-Addo has resigned from the Board of Directors in order to focus on other business endeavors. Steve Gutterman, President will be departing the company for personal reasons.
“I’ve loved my time at Harvest and I’ll remain an ardent supporter. I’ll be rooting for the company from my home in Denver,” said Steve Gutterman.

Harvest has initiated a process to replace Mr. Bedu-Addo.
