I realize this inclusion of scrambler therapy might be of value, but they are only asking that they conduct a study which, as you well know, is the equivalent of a black hole given past studies.

By the way, assuming this is positive news, why was the volume only 5000 shares and why did the market barely react (I hope you do not tout the 14% rise given this volume since any MM that you have often characterized as scoundrels or worse could have created this bump)
