This is a reverse merger. The company had been defunct since 2017, so they needed to get current with filings in order to complete the merger. I would strongly suggest you read the stickies at the top of the board to get familiar with the new company we will be acquiring. Ignore the one about the class action, as that one is just a fabricated story with no verifiable info.
