You can't deny that Intel Chemicals is a real facility!!! But, we already knew that! This opens up a lot of possibilities in the future!

THAT is impressive due diligence !

I'd seen a few exterior photos we'd gotten from on the ground, but not those new detailed photos. That is beyond excellent.

Remember, they're going after "Generic Viagra" aka Sildenafil Citrate, which is a mega market world-wide (as in $billions annually), but a mega, mega market in their, Gifa's backyard.

Turkey, Russia, other surrounding countries, if they capture just a few percent, even 1% of that region's market share- it's in the $10's and $10's of millions of annual revenue easily. Probably Turkey alone, and Russia, it's a $billion dollar market, meaning they can pick up $10's of million by just getting a tiny fraction of distribution into that region, a region they're already tightly affiliated with.

Wealthy Russians looove to vacation on warm Cyprus and use the casinos, etc. Might as well sell them some Generic Viagra and then get them on your mailing list and ship it to them when they get home, it's brilliant !





Another hard asset, aka real estate in the Gifa check box. 90% or more of OTC crap out there, has no assets, let alone real estate, let alone employees, etc. A few dudes operating out of a cheap strip mall rent-a-space, that is OTC-ville.

Gifa is the polar opposite of it all- and a stellar share structure to go with it. It's going to be good, real good, like real real good.
