No. They have fuel cell installations with a 15-year life, say, but they are really 1000s of megasmall fuel cells. Those small fuel cells last maybe five years, but there have numerous indications that they aren't lasting as long as expected. POSCO is the best example. That is why FCEL has been trying to get the expected life up to seven years and trying to increase the reliability so most/all of them last the expected period.
