Richard Tang? Nothing in particular. He's participated in a fairly large number of custodianship actions in Nevada. The idea is to apply to court to be named custodian of an abandoned public shell, then clean the shell up and sell it to someone who wants to take his private company public.

So Tang's unlikely to be DSUS's sole officer and director for long.
