A Letter From The CEO

Dearest Shareholders, Family, and Friends of Zenergy:
As you are aware, we are currently going through a transition period in the way of a management change, primarily my assumption of the role as Chief Executive Officer at Zenergy. Let me start by personally thanking Mr. Alex Rodriguez, who recently turned in his resignation to Zenergy. The Zenergy family thanks and wishes him all the best in his coming endeavors.
In addition, I recently spent some time visiting the corporate offices of Zenergy’s capital partners to discuss a detailed and strategic plan that would look to serve in the ultimate best interest of Zenergy. The last couple of years have brought many challenges and obstacles in the path of success for Zenergy. It is now time to tackle those problems head-on while at the same time doing what’s best for Zenergy.
Zenergy’s primary focus and goal will always be about bringing conservation and sustainable energy solutions to its customers. During the next 90 days, there will continue to be tons of new (and old) challenges. But, with the help and support of our family, friends, and most importantly, our shareholders, we hope to resolve these matters in the best way forward for Zenergy.
I am happy to say that, after contacting each of the team members of Zenergy to notify them of my new role, we are all on board. While there is lots of excitement and enthusiasm within the office, there are still plenty of unknowns and uncertainties that we must embrace and work through, and I can tell you that the entire team here at Zenergy has their sleeves rolled up and is working hard as we are all invested into the success of Zenergy.
