If correct, this would be a helpful development.

The underlying problem is the fear that FCEL's won't last the expected time period in the future. I know they are trying to get the useful life up to seven years, but there is still a major risk that they won't last as long as expected.

They do very tightly structured project finance arrangements. Any problems with achieving the expected useful life would pretty much wipe out FCEL's equity interest as an equity investor. That's serious.
