By definition the company will effect the RS only at the point the risk level is too high. No one here knows when that will be and I will bet you its not next week or the week after.

CAPPING the word possible doesn't change the meaning of the statement but does point out there are many possibilities at hand.

Lets see how well the cash received does and how the stock runs here shortly. Could change the game and clarify the RS definition provided entirely
