Lots of homeopathic items on the market with some being very successful. Seems as though I’ve read that the active ingredient in Nyloxin had an indefinite shelf life. If nutra had an inventory of product on its shelf that exceeded demand, why should they produce more? Production costs money which nutra doesn’t have much of. We also know that nutra has not had much of a distribution/ advertising budget. Which leads to the question, how did they buy sponsorship in nascar two years in a row. That costs big money that is doubtful nutra has .. who paid for that?..... and why? Line 20 on pacer refers to a confidentiality agreement which was immediately ordered by the judge.. could there be a nda in effect? If that were the case, that could explain not only the sponsorship money , no official pr released for it and the lack of filings as that info would have to be disclosed. Now they all wait until the sec issue is resolved. Just a theory, but you’re welcomed to shoot holes in it! Lol
