I understand some of your reservations, particularly I’m not a big fan of companies that do a lot of unnecessary pumping and frankly this company doesn’t need to do that so early in their roll-out and are getting somewhat of a bad rep on some social media boards and raising red flags on DD board on ihub, particularly with the PR about Justin Costello, who seems to be getting known as a only a PnD entity. My theory is it was just a maneuver to flush out Alpha & Brio’s 8 million shares, and maybe his name will be dropped off soon thereafter.

In regards to your other concerns; I was in LVCA before Yourist’s abandoned it, but I did a heck of a lot of DD on them.

I have all the information on their licenses and are all legit.

Their products used to be listed on Leafly, but I haven’t checked to see if they still are.

You have to also keep in mind that they managed to lock down over $10M in funding, albeit convertible which will add over 100M shares, but still there had to be something viable for the funding to take place, and frankly this is what OTC is all about for the most part — small viable companies go public because they need financing and the only kind around is convertible debt if you don’t have at least $20 - $30m in revenues. There are no guarantees of survival and/or success.
