Revoking does a few things... Good and Bad

No company likes to get their registration revoked. It cost money to register their shares and there is the time they have to put in to apply or reapply. It's not automatic.

Anyone who shorted this, will take their profits since the stock no longer exists. However, on the opposite side, they have no shorts sellers. If this should reapply and get approved, it will damn sure open much higher than when it closed last. Now that they are bent on making sure they do not lose this merger. They know the value of this and do not want someone else to steal it out from under them.

Now, those who hold shares. This might be a good thing. Majority of companies that, Split, Pay Dividends, Change Symbol and Cusip, exchange shareholders old shares for new ones... replace them because of Cusip change.

This may be the case and we hope it is. This keeps our shares safe and no one can touch them. They are still in account. Remember, EVERYONE lost their shares when this got revoked, including LAHO Management.

Those that do not have shares, will have to buy them on the Open Market. The Old Fashion way... lol IMO it will not be as cheap either... might double, who knows.

But with the merger, imo this will be worth $$$ at least... Copper first, then Silver but it is worth $$$$.

Now... We wait.
