That's meaningless intra-day MM order processing short "Volume", not short "INTEREST". Completely different things.

Short INTEREST are borrowed shares needing to be bought back at some point in the future.

MM intra-day order processing volume is fromm MMs who often borrow shares very briefly as part of their job to quickly process orders during the day. Thus they are called market makers.

FINRA posts short Interest here. Not seeing any.
