Aside from the fact that new owners and management are in control at $PMPG- they have brought forward a tremendous. Amount of AUDITED FINS to be able to complete the 251G merger and domicile to Delaware.

With the last press release clearly stating the intentions of new management and the language in the very sophisticated business plan that has circulated for nearly half of 2019 - outlining what the goals were for investment capital INSTEAD OF DILUTIVE METHODS or a Reg A.

Sure- the stock pps has dropped over the summer (with no real communication) and frankly - it’s actually become far more attractive for NEW investors who are looking for a stock with excellent share sticker ajd can achieve exponential gains in the real estate /MJ INDUSTRY.

500mil AS- 300 mil OS and 125mil float. with the current SS- that hasn’t changed throughout all of this and can also be verified- this stock completing its merger - should have this valued higher price per share. By the time the market as a whole digests all that has been going on here under the hood - this could easily be trading at .006/.007 pps (where it did for many months since MJ was announced) - which is 100-150% higher than the current levels.

I have a very strong feeling we will see the penny break here and with this new ownership and management - the new Corp will sustain any major increase in price per share - allowing it to matriculate to much higher levels. The break of .004 pps here should come next and if this moves back to .006/.007 pps with the same type volume now- will be in for a rather significant move north based on validations and verifications of the DD.

Management left the website up with some key points of interest that do provide insight that I have found to be useful. The players involved are also part of other public and private companies and the business location has been verified. There is no doubt that this company is REAL - and THE FACT THAT A CPA, CFHC and established and respected businessman with 30 years at qualified corps- provides a foundation that investors can be comfortable with They have proven proficient by getting current and active with SEC- and will submit the 10Q to be current again with all filings - likely timed with the next important update on the corporation and revenue driving methods.

I suspect the bids will continue to rise as it was VERY CLEAR THIS PAST WEEK/ that many bids were AON- and folks who dumped did not expect all their shares to be scooped up- especially that 5-6 mil at .0023-.0024 pps which cleaned the box entirely. This can now run with ease IMO and rightfully so. It has a fantastic share structure and is SEC audited.

IMO/ Have a feeling last week of September and then all of October will be special if certain trends continue over there. 1000% + potential
