That brings me to another question. The models that you and Fosco developed used US SEER data. But many of the trial patients are in third worldish countries with lower survival rates than US SOC. Doesn’t that make your models more conservative as the OS is lower than the US and a few other countries with high levels of medical care. Mind you, the test arm is also subject to the lower OS rates in these other countries. But if MK is working that would be somewhat mitigated.
