After reading it again; I see my “how you read it” vs how I intended....is completely understandable....

"One goes to jail as compensation for financing “good faith” assets that are deemed worthless." Should have better laid out...
Ie ...geert goes to jail if he finances “good faith” assets that he is pricing as worthless....when it is clear they are not priceless. (Data could be one of many things included as “good faith” assets as my attempt was to generalize non footprint assets)

I am 100% certain of this. He will not raise capital under the current conditions with out fairly / optimistically valuation of “good faith assets (as I described above)”. If he prices them at a worthless; he is in orange.

$1k share was demonstrate; I’m waiting for more force...mostly waiting...but if it happened today without news...I’d be holding for $1k


And everyday based on material news....and time that changes...pps wise...
