Giants WR Sterling Shepard is expected to clear the concussion protocol Thursday.
The return of the Giants' No. 1 WR would be much appreciated ahead of their Week 3 matchup against the Buccaneers. Still, it remains unclear what rookie Daniel Jones' pass-game pecking order will look like. Shepard is fully expected to work as the offense's No. 1 WR, but he could still wind up with a fairly mundane target share behind TE Evan Engram and Saquon Barkley. All of the Giants WRs are best approached with extreme caution in this spot.
